Cricklewood Gardens is a family owned boutique gift shop. Our products are crafted in small batches, either by Cricklewood Gardens or our artisan suppliers, to ensure quality and freshness. Product availability will reflect current stock and is updated regularly. If you are unable to purchase the volume you would like, or no longer see a favorite product on our online store, please contact inquiries@cricklewoofgardens.net. We'll respond within 24 business hours Monday through Friday, and accommodate your needs, where possible, best possible. 

We endeavor to ship all in stock items within 24-48 business hours, excluding weekends [and holidays which may add 1-2days from ready date due to volume].  From product ready date, we offer USPS Priority Mail servicing the contiguous United States, at this time. If expedited shipping is required, contact Cricklewood prior to order for a quote. If we can meet your timeline, we'll acommodate. 

For customer orders, ready date will be discussed and agreed between Cricklewood Gardens, and customer, prior to invoicing. 

Soy candles, soaps and certain food items sold by Cricklewood Gardens, are heat sensitive. Cricklewood provide's sound packaging but do not accept the risk and cost of damages that might occur due to temperatures encountered by products while in-transit.
