RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Cricklewood will refund, exchange or provide a merchandise credit for unopened, unused merchandise or damaged, defective merchandise subject to receiving customer notification within 14 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges must be concluded with original sales receipt and between original purchaser.
Return Parameters, Process and Exclusions:
Contact email@example.com. General hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Indicate order # in email subject and reason for return. Inquiries will be responded to within 24-48 business hours.
Any unused candle and soap products may be returned in original packaging. Purchaser is responsible for shipping, or may request return pick-up, within local parameters, via Cricklewood Gardens. Any used items are not eligible for return nor refund.
Should customer's order arrive damaged, please include photo of damaged product and send with brief explanation via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Should damaged return claim meet Cricklewood Gardens' parameters, customer may opt for refund, credit or exchange and will be provided with return shipment label or informed of alternate course for product. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Refunds or exchanges, may be concluded between original purchaser only.
Refund, Exchange or Credit, will be prepared within 24-48 business hours of Cricklewood receiving eligible returned items.
Cricklewood Gardens and CG-NJ Buy Local business' gift certificates are excluded from exchanges and cannot be returned nor redeemed for cash value. CG-NJ Buy Local gift certificates, which may be purchased in conjunction with Cricklewood Gardens orders, are exclusive to purchaser and the corresponding CG-NJ Buy Local business. Cricklewood Gardens LLC shall not be responsible for a gift certificate's monetary value, should a CG-NJ Buy local business be unable to fulfill said gift certificate due to temporary or permanent closure.
Unless product arrives with damages, Cricklewood Gift Packages and Tins, are not eligible for return due to seasonality and inclusion of various packaged food products and perishable dates.
