Product availability will reflect current stock and is updated regularly. If you are unable to purchase the volume you would like, or no longer see a favorite product on our online store, please contact inquiries@cricklewoofgardens.net. We'll respond within 24 business hours Monday through Friday, and accommodate your needs, best possible. 

We endeavor to ship all in stock items within 24-48 business hours. From product ready date, we offer USPS shipping to the contiguous United States, at this time. If expedited shipping is required, contact Cricklewood prior to order for a quote. If we can meet your timeline, we'll accommodate. 

For customized orders, ready date will be discussed and agreed between Cricklewood Gardens, and customer, prior to invoicing. 

Soy candles, soaps and certain food items sold by Cricklewood Gardens, are heat sensitive. Cricklewood provide's sound packaging but do not accept the risk and cost of damages that might occur due to temperatures encountered by products while in-transit.
