Our parent's met at The Cricklewood Coffee Shoppe, in South Orange, New Jersey, in the early 1950's.  It was from this location that dad mustered up enough courage to offer a walk home, to our mother. Many school kids used their nickels at the Cricklewood at lunch time, and many a family member spent time and fell in love, at this neighborhood meeting place, located in the shadow of Seton Hall University's campus. As luck would have it, in the mid 1950's a local newspaper snapped a photograph of a young woman standing across the street from the Cricklewood.  The adorable young lady in this photo, featured on our label, bares a striking resemblance to mom, as she just so happens to be our aunt. 

Our Soap Process: We pour our Cricklewood Garden soaps, many enriched with skin soothing honey and oils, in small batches. Wonderful for hand washing, depending on adult skin type and individual sensitivity, our soaps may also be used for a luxurious full body cleanse.  Soap base combinations will vary depending on availability and are specified on inventory description, at time of product selection.  Ingredients used in our soap blends, excluding Cricklewood's fragrances and infusions, are listed below.

We'll respond within 24 business hours Monday through Friday, and accommodate your needs, best possible. 

We endeavor to ship all in stock items within 24-48 business hours. From product ready date, we offer USPS shipping to the contiguous United States, at this time. If expedited shipping is required, contact Cricklewood prior to order for a quote. If we can meet your timeline, we'll accommodate. 

For customized orders, ready date will be discussed and agreed between Cricklewood Gardens and purchaser, prior to invoicing. 

Shipping period: Products ship via USPS ground or priority mail, Monday - Friday, year round excluding weekends, holidays and any closure periods as specified on website. 

Candle shipping: Due to heat sensitivity and potential for product damage during transit in warmer months or states, Cricklewood is unable to ship candles during the following period: May 15th - September 15th. Need a candle order during this period? Contact inquiries@cricklewoodgardens.net. 

Packaging: Cricklewood packs and braces each order with the utmost care often utilizing recycled boxes and packing materials to minimize our carbon footprint.
