Cricklewood candles and soaps are poured fresh, at time of order. Allow 2 business days for processing and shipping, excludes weekends and holidays. Our sturdy gift-boxes are beautifully assembled with crinkle paper, some bubble wrap and cardboard bracing where necessary. Expect some shifting during transit.

For customized orders, ready date will be discussed and agreed between Cricklewood Gardens, and customer, prior to invoicing. 

Soy candles, soaps and certain food items sold by Cricklewood Gardens, are heat sensitive. Cricklewood provide's sound packaging but do not accept the risk and cost of damages that might occur due to temperatures encountered by products while in-transit.
