Berg bites, based in the Washington DC area, started from a family's recipe and love of healthful tasty bites. They now sell these nutrient-dense snacks with ingredients meant to boost energy. Bites are made with complex carbohydrates; heart healthy oats, essential fatty acids from nuts, chia seeds and coconut oil, and prebiotic fiber for gut health. Light weight, Berg bites are perfect for taking on a trail, for a pre-workout boost, or snack any time of the day.
