Cricklewood candles and soaps are poured fresh, at time of order. Allow 2 business days for processing and fulfillment. Our sturdy gift-boxes are beautifully assembled with crinkle paper, some bubble wrap and cardboard bracing where necessary. Expect some shifting during transit.

We endeavor to ship all in stock items within 24-48 business hours. From product ready date, we offer USPS shipping to the contiguous United States, at this time. If expedited shipping is required, contact Cricklewood prior to order for a quote. If we can meet your timeline, we'll accommodate. 

For customized orders, ready date will be discussed and agreed between Cricklewood Gardens, and customer, prior to invoicing. 

Soy candles, soaps and certain food items sold by Cricklewood Gardens, are heat sensitive. Cricklewood provide's sound packaging but do not accept the risk and cost of damages that might occur due to temperatures encountered by products while in-transit.
