Bentley is a nod to the street my siblings grew up on in the 1960's, in Old Bridge, New Jersey. They remember a neighborhood filled with kids, block parties, mowed grass and mom and dad drinking instant coffee on the front stoop, talking to neighbors as they passed by. The decade our family spent on Bentley Avenue has been talked about often and fondly. Even though I never physically lived there I feel I'm somehow part of this era.

My family love to tell the story about a little me, running up to the front stoop at Bentley, shoving my way past siblings so I could be first to ask the nice lady, who bought our house years prior, to show me 'MY' room. So the story goes, they all laughed and informed me that I had no room... because I never lived there! The shock, the indignity of it all stays with me even today :)

Soy based candles do not use chemicals to enhance their fragrance strength, our scent rating for this candle (but to each his own) is: Soft-Medium

Cricklewood Gardens' natural soy wax candles are hand-poured and made in the USA.  Did you know natural soy burns about 95% cleaner than petroleum based paraffin wax candles?  Though paraffin might be easier to work with, we feel crafting our candles from vegetable based, non-toxic and renewable resources is the better choice. Be sure to follow our first burn guidelines for a long, smooth burn.  

Subject to local supplier availability, our signature 11oz jar colors will vary from; white, black, champagne, rose gold or amber. Some varieties may also use cobalt blue glass jars. The Libbey containers used to pour our 11oz candles are typically 🇺🇸 Made in the USA.
